Was handed this brochure in Haymarket today: $250 per month parking at 1 Dixon street. Really good deal if you drive frequently and/or work in the Darling Harbour/Haymarket area.
The Earlybird parking in the area is $17-$20 per day or $370 - $430 per month. Not sure what their usual monthly rates are, but this seems like a pretty good deal. Works out to be about $11.50 a day, if you were to drive every day. Not sure if its unlimited entry and exits during the week though.
Basic Terms:
- Monday - Friday only (not sure what time they need you out by)
- Minimum 3 months, 1 months rent security deposit required
