I recently bought the 1300D (haven't picked it up yet), but the general consensus is that D3300 is a slightly more capable camera with better auto-focus being one point raised. I am not an SLR expert and I am just going off the reviews I read.
However the 1300D did get praise for being simple and easy to use, with slightly better menus and options. I think as with most entry-level DSLR cameras some research/training on how to use it to make the most out of it will make a bigger difference than the technical differences between the two cameras.

I think that's the cheapest the 700D SLK has been after cashback (disregarding DSE/DJ fire sales ie)

Couldnt find anything amazing. However cashback is doubled when you spend and additional $200 or more on other Canon products in the same transaction. So if you bought the 750d and the Canon 50mm 1.4 the lens would end up being $323.20 down from $529.
The problem is TGG would probably give you 2 separate invoices even though it was over the same eBay transaction. The double cashback requires a single receipt. Perhaps you can message them and request a single invoice though.
