From what I've heard, fine, but Brunei is fairly boring, and there is NO ALCOHOL ON BOARD. This may be a deal breaker…. also flight times are pretty long. Nothing special but will get you there without TOO much hassle. So I'd say better than budget airline, better than Chinese airlines, but probably not better than say Malaysian (er… discounting the planes that didn't make it of course…), and definitely not better than the big ones such as Cathay, Singapore, Qantas, Qatar, Emirates etc.

RB worse or better?
I haven't flown RB to London. But I had the worse ever flight with them to Bangkok.
Can I add that you can get Syd to London with air India during July for $1085pp.
School holiday period. Seems a bargain to meAs far as I know they only fly out of Melbourne. I didn't have such a bad experience using them to fly to Bangkok. It's just the airport in Brunei is s$€¥ house.
Very good price, people who complain about alcohol for these prices are dillusional.
