Looks like Ouffer.com has the perfect answer for this crazy Sydney weather! The site's offering a great deal for a trip to Thailand - $299 for a 3 Night Stay at the 5-star Layana Resort & Spa in Krabi, Thailand ($730 value).

The resort accepts booking for adults (18 years and older) only. Each customer can buy up to two vouchers, and each voucher is good for 2 people. Bookings are required in advance. The price includes service charge and VAT. The deal expires on 31 October 2010.

Layana Resort and Spa received great reviews, specially on Trip Advisor. Trip Advisor actually ranked it #1 among 65 hotels in Ko Lanta, Thailand.

    We wanted to package the deal with an airline ticket, but we were not able to do that without restraining what dates you can use this. Instead, we wanted to give you a more flexible deal: the voucher is good for any date until October 31 (meaning you must check out before October 31).

    Heh, if a 5 star hotel was charging per person then it's more likely to be a 5 star hostel. Thailand is safe, just avoid bright T-shirts.
