    I would say it's probably 700ml as per other stores. But title is as per ebay.

    Yep, it happens to me. I have just sent an email to the seller for refund. Are you going to lodge a dispute? On my Paypal invoice it said 6 x 700ml so it was a legitimate proof that the order was for 700ml, NOT 500ml.

      I asked them for a refund first and the postage should be under their coverage. If they do not offer a fair solution, we have Paypal to cover for the shipping cost and refund.

  Hi I got today chivas regal 18 yo parcel . I found they send me a 500ml bottles instead of 700ml . I purchased a pack of 6 bottles and paid through PayPal .i send 2 emails through eBay but no reply. How can I get my refund back or replace it with 700ml . How can they do like this . This is totally ripped off . They don't care about Australian law
  If any body know how to deal with this case please let us know.

  Hmmm - I'd be strongly tempted just to mark it as 'item not received', and let Grey's know that an unsolicited box of 500ml bottles had turned up, and they have three months to arrange collection - but only if I didn't want to order anything from them again …
  It was still a pretty good deal, but 1200 ml of 18 year old Chivas is a bit much to dip out on.
