The 15" is nice (the screen is what sold me), got one a month ago for $2500, just buy haggling with JB staff.

Thats good to know. $2.5k is definitely the sweet spot for this laptop :)

Best overall laptop I've used to date. Just got the XPS 15 a few weeks ago. Refurbished + 10% off + Postage on Ebay paid total $1830 for the XPS 15 9550 i7 6700HQ 4K/UHD 16GB 512GBSSD version which was the best deal I could manage.

I know this isn't USbargain, but if you know someone in Hawaii (maybe mainland USA too), Costco has the XPS13 for $1299 USD until the 11/12.
Should work out to about AU$1900 with tax and conversion.
This is the good one too with i7, QHD+, 512gb ssd and 16gb ram, office 365 and has international warranty as far as I know.

    • has international warranty …

no. But Dell does facilitate Warranty and Ownership Transfer.

    • Customs will hold the item and put a tax/tariff on it. Works out to be $2,090 if you're still keen.

  • Does the XPS 13 come with i7 and 16gb ram?

  • If they had a low-spec 15" for say $1,600, I'd buy it instantly.

  • I picked one of these up from JB a couple of weeks ago (i7, 16GB, 512GB) and one point of difference between this and getting it from Dell is that the JB model has the Dell wireless card (older?) as opposed to the Killer 1535 802.11ac 2x2 WiFi. Small difference but does highlight they arent exactly the same.

I didnt notice till I got it home and started playing with it.

  • The XPS 13 is $2498 on the sire for me?
