      I ordered some items from gearbest on 16 Dec shipped via expedited shipping and it arrived yesterday. You advertise 5-8 days but I raised a ticket and was told I have to wait until 17 Jan 2017 for a refund/reship. So much for getting it before Christmas. I should've just ordered from gearbest. Christmas is no excuse. Why advertise 5-8 days when it is clear that it can't be done. It took 5 days just to have the order scanned in China.

  Mine - Order Number:1612152020819055 has been labelled as 'Custom Duty Issue' http://imgur.com/a/AUdhB which is very disappointing; it seems a number of orders have been banned upon arrival in AUS. Very annoying.

  I have contacted LightInTheBox via email (focusing on this being a wide spread issue) and hope to get a response from them soon.

  Merry Christmas every one, i noticed that some orders have been rejected by custom.

  as you can see in the post, i have checked with express for that customs issue before , but don't have any useful information, they just said there have 8 orders in all were rejected by the customs and the further reason is still under investigation. so if i get any news i will let you know.

  and of course you will get full refund, please submit the refund application on the ticket and my colleague will process that if they still working. becourse we have a long vocation from 12/23 till 1/3 so that maybe delay . if you have any questions welcome to contact me any time.
