  • Is it good? It is said "for both him and her". I am not sure that is a good thing.

    • +1

Personally i havnt tried it yet, but most of the comments in the last deal indicate its good.
      Such as this comment

      • +1

        Thanks. Got one!

        • -3

You should get a refund. Its fake or first copy and the fragrance won't last an hour

    • +39

If you are a single guy and you find a girl who smells exactly like you it could be Ozbargain love.

    • -7

Rubbish tbh. It's like the gift you would give someone not to be rude and give nothing

    • I own a bottle. I like it!

    • nice citrus smell

    • I've been using it for quite a few year. The scent is light, good for summer and will wear out within an hour. This price is the cheapest even when bought in store. Nothing extravagant really.

  • Its not a good toilete

    • +9

      Eau De Shithouse.

  • I bought one from that last deal and I haven't even opened the bottle yet. But I hear it's good so why not!

    • don't leave it too long. A lot of colognes and perfumes change into the smell of methylated spirits after a while.

      • I've actually opened that older one this afternoon before I've bought another bottle from a CW store near my place.

  • Is it good? I think it's down to personal preference.
I use this myself as I buy it on special and thinks it's really good value at this price.
Sure, there may be better products out there, but at this price I'm happy to use it most days.

Grabbing some now for myself and Xmas pressies. Thanks for the heads up.

Oh, shipping was quick and packaging was really good in the past.

EDIT - This one is also on special and I also use this as well. Good value too…

  • +4

I find its a scent that disappears pretty quickly.

    • +1

I think that myself, but then get surprised when someone asks me what I am wearing a few hours later.

    • +1

I find that too, but I can smell mine into the afternoon if I accidentally spray my collar. Actually it looks like I've done this today - can still smell CK1 on my collar. And at 200ml my collar is going to be smelling fine for years.

    • +2

Mine lasts all day. Maybe don't get this if you have really strong BO.

  • +12

Great for when you want to step up your toilet spray game from Glen 20/Glade.

    • +1

Glen 20 works harder behind the scenes killing odors.

    • Actually laughed out loud from this, thanks

  • -8

Fake I say. There's a grey market for this stuff.

    • +7

      Nope, low profit margin.

    • +14

Are you serious? A huge bloody company like this, risking their reputation on fake shit? Chemist Warehouse are not a Sunday market stall.
Makes me laugh when people make these kinds of claims against big companies.

      • -7

Why's it so hard to believe? Look at what happened with VW… The grey market thing is real. I have plenty of friends that own/work at pharmacies. Laugh all u want buddy. Your don't get something for nothing.

        • Got proof it's fake?
          Speculation is meaningless

        • +2

VW was caught selling fake cars?

        • +1

          @gokhanh:

Yes, cars that wouldn't even run on water.

    • Thats what i think

  • +4

Hasn't it always been $26.99 with code FS7824 for free delivery?

  • +1

this got me laid so many times lol

    • +3

      lol indeed

    • I assume that's using all those free condom samples stored in the cheap leather wallets

    • This got me laid in '96. But if it still works, then I might grab a bottle!

      • -1

Is your auntie still with us?

        • ^is this an extremely poor attempt at a joke? Could you explain what your train of thought was here?

  • +1

Its been this price since the last deal

  • +7

Regular Price at Chemist warehouse , Nothing special , it even sometimes comes for $ 24.99 too

    • ^ this

    • +1

Exactly. While this is the cheapest in the market, the price was the same for last 3 months too.

  • Can't decide to get this or CK BE?

    • I have the CK BE, good scent and recommended.

    • +1

The ONE is better than BE. BE is just bad.

      • I could never stand Be. But ofc no-one's subjective opinion matters on this. Only Mrs Palmer's.

  • smells like nothing really, a waste of money imo.

  • +2

I think the deal might be the free shipping here? I bought this 2 years ago at the same price - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/177222.

  • +3

Problem with cologne is that it goes off, ive got countless ones that have gone off. Its more the acidic ones but all over time spoil, that’s what prob happened here, if anything “new” ones change package that’s all.

I mean try a aqua dio gio from a cheap place and then try it from myer or somewhere good, it smells totally different. Things that impact the quality are, 1. Age, how long its there, 2, transport and storage, has it been shaken around. 3. Light 4, temperature and overheating. Its basically the reject store with spoiled goods and your still paying good money for it. Stay away is my advice. If anything buy the smaller bottle from a proper place.

    • +2

      Meh, still better than Lynx.

      • actually i dissagree the white one is pretty good man…

      • +2

Lynx Vanilla Oud Wood is surprisingly nice. Their "body spray" on the other-hand smells like school change rooms.

        • +1

          I'm wearing that now :)

  • So no point for me re free shipping right since Chemist warehouse is 200 meters from my office?

    • +2

You can also ride with UBER and use "XMASSG" coupon code ;)

      • lol :)

      • Can this be used for existing users?

        • +1

Nope, first ride only. But if that's the case try to use "25STGEORGE" -> worth $25 discount.

        • @yanivsr: That says "Promotion only available to new users" too.

  • +1

Does anybody actually know the deal on Chemist Warehouse/Priceline perfumes, and whether they're grey market imports? I've had friends describe their scents as "watered down" like the fake perfumes on iOffer, facebook posts about how they aren't licensed retailers of Chanel/Marc Jacobs/CK/etc. I've personally had a bad experience with CW when I bought a 100mL Champs that smelled like lighter fluid after only a couple of months, and I keep my perfumes cool and out of sunlight.

    • They're not fakes

  • -4

I got one of these last time.
Personally i think these cheap perfumes are not of the same quality as what you buy in myer for example.

The ones in myer just have a longer lasting smell the cheaper ones just dissapear real quick.

    • +3

I guess you have to be careful you're not comparing EDT vs. EDP.

    • +3

You're definitely not getting the EDT and the EDP mixed up?

I've purchased heaps of my 30+ collection of men's fragrances and I've been happy with all of my Chemist Warehouse buys. Some fragrances just don't have the staying power regardless of where I have bought them from.

  • +2

This one smells very bad & not the good one ..I bought it in last deal & now I regret ..Also Its always there with this price @ Chemist warehouse ..so no rush … try first & then buy ..its waste of money

  • I don't believe in Chemist perfumes at all. I don't think it's a genuine one. Go for Myer or DJ for buying perfumes.

    • +4

Do you really think a large company like this would ruin their reputation by selling fake perfume? The prices are low because they probably order in such huge amounts to get the price down.

      • +3

not to mention this particular fragrance has been around for 22 years so of course it's going to be much cheaper compared to more recent ones.

        • That's not how it works in the fragrance business.

        • @Diji1: oh i forgot…the fragrance business operates in its own bubble universe :p

      • +1

Yup, I would definitely say it might be a First grade product. I have even seen fake Perfumes where the smell won't even last for 8 hours. First grade products are common especially in Scents. I have seen a first grade iPhone and it took me a while to figure out it's a fake! Have a read..
        http://www.news.com.au/finance/business/retail/perfume-price…

  • This, unfortunately now is my car scent.

    • Why?

      • Its soo bad and go away quickly. Chemistwarehouse could be selling copies or second class discarded products that they buy cheap in bulk

        • It's "eau de toilette".
It's not "parfum" or even "eau de parfum".

          Learn the difference.

        • -1

@unloadmymind: learn not assume everything in your little hear mate. I know the difference.

        • +1

@unloadmymind: It's "soo bad and go away quickly" so old mate puts it in his car.
          Quality logic there, digger.

        • +1

          @Braintrain1000:

Well obviously you're too tight arse to complain, since you already knew you bought toilet water haha.

        • +1

          @The Araldited Wallet:

Probably only good for quicky, aka blow and go haha.

        • @unloadmymind: damn toilet water lol

  • +4

I still have a bottle from previous special offer. This is great for spraying the toilet after you took a dump.

    • +2

A true Oz Bargainer strikes a match to eliminate the smell of a pungent lavatory.

  • I have a near full 5ml bottle which I've had for years. It's just not for me. You really need to try it first before buying a 200ml bottle. That would last for a looong time and could go bad before you finish it.

  • +2

This isnt that good. Still have a big bottle sitting there. Im not a perfume connoisseur but it smells like its half baked and unfinished.

  • +1

The smell of high school. Wouldn't recommend for anyone over 18.

  • If anyone wants a good recommendation, try Dior Sauvage. You won't find it at CW though unfortunately.

    • Where else to get it cheap?

    • Eau Savage is a classic. +1 on that.
Farenheit is a bit of a goer too. More of a big night out scent, but the ladies love it, and so do I.

  • i got this from the previous deal. it just doesnt spray properly. i couldnt figure anyhow.

    • Sounds faulty. Consider getting an exchange.

  • +2

It has been at this price forever. I bought 2 for gifts between the last deal and now. On last deal page when someone mentioned this, I didn't believe it but I can now confirm that it has been at the same price for many months.

  • Eau de toilette?
Ce n'est pas "parfum" ou "eau de parfum".

You don't need to buy perfumes in Paris to learn the differences.

    Literally it means toilet water.

Guys before buying any fragrance from CHEMIST WAREHOUSE, READ THIS ARTICLE

    ARTICLE

    • +1

Read the bit where Chemist Warehouse rep emphatically states that they don't do grey market products…
      You're trollin' dude.

      • -2

I bought CK ONE, Keneeth Cole (black and Vintage) and Invicious and all of them don't last more than 20 mins. Buy yourself a fragrance first from CHEMISTWAREHOUSE and then open your beak.

      • -2

Do you even know what Grey Market/Import means?

  • +1

This was great last time I got it, but this was better for me and generally others felt the same too about the smell. Same price, same producer, and same size.

Calvin Klein One Shock for Him 200ml:
    http://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/buy/65216/Calvin-Klein-On…

    • This is just a response to help others, i'm not knocking anyone's opinion…

'Calvin Klein One Shock for Him' can go really awry for those who have strong body odour. The slightly stronger smell of Shock combined with sweat will confuse/disgust people, rather than draw them in.

I'm one of those guys with stronger body odour and I would recommend Euphoria for men by Calvin Klein because it doesn't have an offensive spicy, sour, or overly sweet note to it, and instead it is subtle but still manly, and perfect for formal events or parties. I heard good things about the women's version of this and I can smell why now ;)
If you don't like CK One, then try this one out.

If you want something a bit sweeter but not overwhelming then Eternity by Calvin Klein has a sweet note which I would say reminds me off Elderflower and a more expensive antiperspirant. There are no spicy or sour notes to this which could mix badly with body odour. This goes well if you are outside during the day.

If you don't like the initial smell then wait a bit, because some of these perfumes blend in well after 30 mins or so, and change throughout the day.
