ahh why do they keep making this online only? It is so much more convenient to grab a whole bunch of photos and take it in store. Who has the time to sit at their computer clicking and clicking and waiting for it to send, repeating the cycle and the whole time praying that their connection doesnt fall over. :(

Adding to the problem is that the time it takes for them to print the photos and deliver to the nominated store. It can take up to two weeks as they do not process the online orders in store.

err… who the hell wants to go to a store and stand there for hours either waiting for a kiosk or in the queue to pay when i can sit comfortably at my computer and do it all while watching tv? go back to the '90s!

        • LOL you still need to "wait in line" to pick it up if go that route. don't forget not everyones connection is as super light speed as yours. hours? you're just doing it wrong, also uploading 200 photos @ 3-4mb isn't for everyone esp if they are having connection issues, secondly have you ever got electronic photos done? Mine was sorted in about half an hour after sending it through via the kiosks. Beats waiting a few days/week for it to be sent to me/store. Going in store still has its advantages!

lol back in the 90's, reminds me of that skit on fast forward/full frontal - back in the 80's. I actually quite enjoyed the 90's ;)

Not sure why people are obsessed with printing photos. What's wrong with viewing them on computer monitors, TV screens, digital picture frames, or any other media devices?

If this was Event Cinemas (greater union) or Hoyts they would charge you more for doing it online lol.

haha browser, nice one you comedian you, if you were being serious we'd all be thinking your first camera was a digital and not old enough to drive.

True but sad, obviously they have screws loose in their heads. If anything they should be encouraging people to book online.

Many businesses offer extra incentives for online transactions. As a matter of fact some companies charge extra for not doing things online (i.e. surcharges for paper bill).

Have you ever tried sharing photographs with people at a BBQ? LCDs wash out and are difficult to view in sunny conditions. The quality of digital picture frames sub ~$300 is very poor compared to even 9c prints from BigW. Prints also do not require charged batteries to view.

      • The solution is to email or host the pictures online before the BBQ, so everyone would have seen the pictures already, no printing required.
