If you guys find any other games that are worthwhile, post them here and I'll add them to the listing:

  • sucks that their ebay store price is even more expensive than their website's. I was hoping to use the 10% off ebay but looks like this is the cheapest for now (?) locally. Have been waiting for Gameology to stock their again but even then, this deal stil beats it by a few dollars.

  • Nice find!

Looks like you can get Coup from Amazon for about $18.26 AUD delivered: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GDI4HX4/

  • OP add in the following
    Codenames Pictures $24.00

  • is sushi go one of those 'introduciton' style party games you can bring out with multiple people who aren't avid gameboarders i.e. may not deal with strategy and long nights and get impatient etc?

And what sorta max /ideal player numbers can it host??

this supplier selling it would be an authentic copy right? Not like some of the cheaper ones popping up lately where people are accusing the sellers of shipping more poorer quality cards or gameboards (either ripoffs or the Chinese print run versions)?

    • +1

Sushi Go is a very good intro party game for non-gamers. Very casual in terms of gameplay (but not a "party game" as in the social ones - Coup, Resistance, etc). It only takes about 15 minutes and is quick to teach and pick up (if you tell it like a story about eating the most delicious sushi on a sushi train it makes it fun too). Original game supports 2-5 players (I've played it with 6 though - you run out of cards for the last deal, but we just shuffle the discards back in. It mucks up the card distribution a bit but for such a casual game it doesn't matter). Sushi Go Party supports up to 8, and it's just like sushi go except that it comes with heaps of different types of sushi, and you just pick a smaller set to play with (so you can have some variety by changing which sets you eat play with.). Would happily play with 3+ players.

(Have not had experience with Gamesmen, but as an .au website and no obvious English mistakes and at this price, I'd say it was genuine. Usually it's ebay/aliexpress you have to worry about the Chinese print runs)
