  is a scam company, the workers are over worked in a call centre sweat shop
  - first hand information i worked there for 2 months and walked out.

      yeah mate, we were told/forced to get bank details and submit orders and tell customers that they will get information in the mail and can decide if they want it then, which generally was too late because they took their sweet time to send out the paperwork so the 30 days cooling off period would elapse.

    Sorry we can't cover your car right now - we do cover about 90% of cars on the road in Australia. We're working hard to be able to cover the rest very soon.

  Comprehensive cover is $200 more than I pay for racq. Limited k's (7000 per) is still $140 more than I pay.

  I currently pay $399.05 per year with Youi and that's with a slightly lower excess and car hire (you charge $69.60/yr extra for that).

  I got some 10-15 quotes elsewhere that ranged from $550-$1060.

    Not sure how the regulator allowed them to keep their license after this HIH-like debacle.
