I ordered some Tontine I'm Allergy Sensitive Firm Pillows but they sent medium pillows.
Anyone who ordered received different products to what they paid for?
They've sent me the same error. Knew the price was too good to be easy. How annoying is it going to be to return pillows.
They gave me a 50% refund to keep them.I agree it would be annoying to return them. They said they ran out of firm pillows but i think they new this would happen and just kept on processing orders regardless.
Just via email on their website? Thats what i've done so far. I just can't see how they think the right thing to do is to send the wrong things in the order, rather than contact us and let us know and give a refund then. I don't want medium pillows at all.
Your right they should not have sent them. But with getting them sent back and waiting for a refund i could not wait until next year for this to be processed. They gave me the refund after calling them to demand answers as to why this happened.

Thanks for the update. It is disappointing that it was handled poorly.And the tontine rep on ozbargain has steered clear of this issue.
