    I'd get this but I still haven't got any reply on my rma 100003135-34. Sent a couple of emails and no reply since the 7th. Very disappointed

    Are these genuine with scratch and check Xiaomi codes on the outside of the boxes to check their authenticity? I've been stung before…

    Xiaomi powerbanks are so likely to fail within a year. I bought 2 xiaomi and one of them failed less than 8 months, the other was less than 2 months. They didnt hold charge very well either. Are there any powerbanks good?

      Bollocks, I have a heap of their power banks and have used them extensively including multiple six week vacations where they were used 24/7 in planes, trains and automobiles. Some are now over three years old and show no signs of failure or deterioration.

      This includes the 16,000, the new 10,000, the old 10,000 and the slim 5,000.

      I had a genuine 10,000 mAh one stop working suddenly after about 5 months of light usage. After that, I opened it up just to make sure it was genuine, and it was.
