  For anyone new to Matthew Reilly, his books are almost non-stop action. There's very little breaks or wind down time, and I actually get quite fatigued reading them due to sheer pace. I prefer his Scarecrow novels to the ones above.

  Also just to be a bro, I recommend Scott Mariani's Ben Hope series.
