      Same here, during checkout the code was accepted successfully, but then afterwards, on invoices, etc, no sign of the promotional credit.

      For clarification, I bought an eGift card, not a physical one.

        I can confirm that I received the promotional credit email confirmation today, a day after ordering the gift card.

        The credit expires on the 14th February 2017

    I purchased the an e-gift card and sent it to myself as well. Just received an email from Amazon confirming my credit.

    FYI, the "promotional credit must be used by February 14, 2017"

        I ordered on the 20th. I received the gift card code (via email) and redeemeed it on Amazon on the same day.

        I tested a purchase (didn't go through with the purchase though) and the $10 + $5 (from Amazon assistant promo) was applied to my cart at checkout.
