Got mine two days ago from an order on the 14th. Maybe you ordered something difficult? :P

did you check your delivery status? They use couriers please who suck balls. Had my order marked as 'returned to sender' after just one attempt to deliver when uniqlo stated on their site that there would be 3 delivery attempts

Maybe send them an email, perhaps they just haven't even sent it out yet because they were inundated with orders because of Christmas

      • Yep mine was delayed over the weekend because they couldn't find parking in the city. I mean really…how do all other couriers in the city do it?!

    • I just ordered a shirt yesterday and it arrived 5 minutes ago! Fastest I've ever received a package from Uniqlo.

Would really recommend buying in store if possible as I just had a horrible experience with Couriers Please which they use.

  • I also ordered from the last sale (Dec 5th) … still waiting for delivery
as CouriersPlease made one attempt then returned-to-sender.

I asked Uniqlo to resend using AustPost as at least they'll leave it
at the local agent … no problem but it'll be after Christmas !

    • I asked Uniqlo to resend using AustPost as at least they'll leave it

Did they do it as I want to do the same.
I wasted 30mins this morning @8:30am and their CS didn't ans the phone!

    • Update: on Sat Dec 24 (08:30am !) it was delivered.

I'm not normally a fan of AustPost but this time it's two thumbs up !

  • Thanks Porleng. Picked up a Carine coat. Should be able to wear it in about 6 months time… :D
    Ah, the perils of OzB.

Important to note that you can't return items in store if you pay via Paypal.

    • Not sure if this counts as an exchange or return (+ new purchase) but I paid by Paypal and was able to return 2 women's items, and purchase 2 men's items and paid the difference.

All the major sizes aren't available

  • Hopefully most are on sale.

  • Too bad no heat tech stuff

  • +1

Stuff was discounted already in store today.

  • Has anyone seen an end-date for this sale in-store?

  • Is it still a sneak peek or is that it? There's hardly anything and about the same since this was posted.

    • You've had the thrill of peeking. Now what you see is what you get lol.

      • +1

The sneak peek had the same clothes. I thought it was going to be a storewide sale.

        • Yeah, really disappointed as well.

        • @Beejay: The banner says chino shorts, arism etc. but they're not on sale…

  • All the jeans are 34 inch long, that's too much. 32 inch is regular I think.

    • +1

they provide free alterations in store.

      • Like cutting it and sewing, right there??

        • Complimentary standard jeans/pants hemming.

        • @sky blu: what is their return policy? 30 days?

        • @bargainaus: Correct. See their return policy.

Also note For your convenience the returns and exchange period for purchases made between 22 November 2016 and 31 December 2016 has been extended to until 31st January 2017.

But no return if you had the alterations done.

        • @sky blu: well, there is no branch in Canberra. How about I order some now with free shipping and go to Sydney store in January for alteration? Would that work?

        • @bargainaus: I don't know lol. Is the train/air ticket from Canberra to Sydney worth it :)

        • @bargainaus: yes can alter within 30 days. I've tried once with some jeans. Didn't have time and managed to do it after a few weeks after purchase. Just show receipt and make sure they cost over $29.95 otherwise you pay $6 to hem.

        • @Allan: well, these are 29.90$, what gives?

        • @Allan:
I got mine finally altered after1year, still had the receipt, all good.

        • +2

@Allan: Spoke to them today, no time limit for alteration as long as the receipt is intact. Alteration is free (jeans/Chinos) for bottoms priced 29.90$ or over, 6$ for under (and formal pants).
