I ordered 4 shirts from TM Lewin yesterday, the code worked and everything. Logged in with TM Lewin account on their website today, and 2 of the 4 orders have a "Cancelled" status (The other 2 orders being "In Progress").
I just ordered one shirt and my order is cancelled, poor form as I have received no notification from them that this has happened.
My order is still "in progress". Anyone had theirs ship yet??
2 of mine all are also In Progress.

Still in progress after 8 days and I doubt anyone has their order shipped. This company is pretty useless. I had 2 orders from Rebelsports and SurfStitch delivered in a few days.

Unfortunately these orders have been cancelled as Australian customers were found to be abusing this particular discount code. I am afraid due to this all of these orders were cancelled and we will not be honouring the discount.

Not impressed! My first order and they do that without any notice at all, it's not abuse of the offer anyway as their system allowed it. And let's be honest, the shirts probably cost them about $5 to make. They won't be getting any good word of mouth from me!

Probably less. I heard ACA talked about those leading brand name shirts were sold in Myer for $99 and only cost $1-3 to make.
Pretty disgusted, they told me I used 3 coupons and that wasn't allowed, err I didn't I used one as I told them.. A customer for over a decade and they are happy to call me a liar.

What a joke. I only placed one order, for a single shirt. Wont be ordering anything from them if thats how they treat customers.
Strange because they have previously fulfilled orders when such codes were used. I guess $25/shirt was too good to be true.
The accountant probably caught on to the fact that despite the sales volume their margins aren't where it was supposed to be.
For those still waiting - don't bother. Just had a chat to customer service and they are cancelling all orders that are not processed and will be sending out emails shortly. Pretty poor all round I must say.
Tried to order 1 shirt with the code, got their confirmation email. Then 2 weeks later, haven't seen any dispatch update. Emailed them and got this arrogant reply:

Did it have a tracking id? I got an email saying one was shipped but that was ages ago and didn't come with tracking.

I ordered 2 and they were shipped on 23 Dec.
Still haven't received anything today so they offered a re-order with tracking or refund. I chose refund as I might end up with doubles if I chose re-order and they turn up one day.
For anyone still dealing with this, I had received a dispatch notification, they took my money, and it was marked shipped on my account. Emailed them today to see where it was and they immediately refunded me and told me that the notice must have been sent to my junk mail. I am not sure why they have gone for the "make excuses" strategy… Because if they did send me notice and still kept my money, that is even worse.
Either way, if anyone is in the same boat as me, don't expect the order to arrive. This was only for one shirt as well.
I received one of those, "it has been too long" emails from them - they've noted I haven't shopped with them for a while, so come back and buy something…
