  I bought one of these last time. Surprisingly good for the money I paid (like $400 for king size black label).

  Certainly better than my $1500 domino that I had for a little more than a year and had to pay for someone to remove.

  The quilting seems to pill a little but overall I'm very impressed.

  I would describe the feeling as medium firm. Certainly firmer than a normal medium but not overly so. Would recommend.

  It says it's the outlet store on eBay - I presume it's the same merchandise because it's listed as brand new - no disclaimers about it being seconds or anything.

    The eBay store is a separate entity functioning as a low cost clearance outlet. The items sold on their outlet store is also brand new (i.e. never used before), though they sell older batch of Zzz Atelier mattresses which may have slight differences depending on our upgrade cycles. The clearance outlet is supported via a different mode (i.e. eBay messages) and is normally subject to a different terms & conditions reflecting the nature of lower cost/ bargain operations. For instance, Sheriden vs Sheriden Outlet Store.

    Upon our further investigation , we find that the CAU10 promo code is a separate discount run and funded by eBay itself. With our Boxing Day promotion, we believe that you would still be a better value if you also like to have a hollow fibre mini pocket spring pillow along with your mattress.

    The 60 Day Comfort Assurance Program is only applicable to normal purchase outside promotional events. It is generally not applicable for goods purchased at promo prices unless explicitly stated otherwise.
