      I placed my order this morning at 07.15AM and it went through. Got a call at 10.30 to be told out of stock and $ to be refunded. Suspicious of foul play. To good for staff to cream it may be!!

    picked mine up ….happy as with the quality. they seem sturdy / durable and will definitely last quite a few seasons i reckon.
    the bag they come in is a nice size and is quite durable as well…if i didnt know any better and needed one immediately would have happily paid $20 anyway. total bargain i reckon at a fiver…

      Really surprised by the quality & how comfortable the simpson chair is ,just bought 2 from shepparton store they had about 6 left .Was going to buy the dearer Fraser ones but like another commenter said i found it really uncomfortable under my legs to sit on. Have a Kimberly chair to pick up while on hols at another store too.Thanks again for the post.

        I first bought 2 Simpson chairs, but unfortunately decided to get 2 Fraser pieces and had the others cancelled. Wish I knew about that narrower front bars that will force you to keep your legs closer all the time. Silly design for something that supposedly holds up a 140kg individual.

    Picked up my online order about an hour ago. Chair is not comfortable as ALDI ones. If anyone interested to buy and pickup 2 chairs for $10 from Springwood, QLD then PM me. Not sure if I can return to Supercheap with change of mind reason

    Ordered ok, then got the phone call re no stock. However they had already rung around prior to calling me and found stock at a nearby store. The manager drove down and collected for me. Haven't tried the chair yet, but customer service was pretty awesome.

      I am not having any luck with my Supercheap Auto orders .Ordered the Kimberly chair for c&c went out of my way to pick it up cos it sold out locally & they couldn't find it apparently it disappeared, they are trying to source me another one but will probably end up getting refund .Ordered garden hose trigger gun from inherentchoices post 2 weeks ago meant to be getting delivered & guess what it's gone missing too!

    I've sent two emails about the fact they bait and switched me and no reply. I know it's only $12 but it seems like I'm not the only one they did this to. ACCC on principle if they don't reply?

    Finally received my Kimberley chair today 3 weeks later , they actually sourced me another chair after my c& c order disappeared from the store & had it delivered to me .Chair is really sturdy & comfy so I'm happy , thanks again to Franco & Supercheap.
