  • Just one quick question…
Do I need to get those kind of software if I have already have Lightroom and PS licensed / installed?

Would this make HDR output much easier?

    • +1

You can do HDR in Lightroom and Photoshop this is a stand alone product made by photographers that wanted more control and easy to use software. You can batch export in the 2017 edition check the video out on the website and see if it's something that you'll like.

      • Thanks….

This program is recommended by multiple sources so that's why I am a little bit curious… :-)

    • macphun products are pretty good but are very focused tools where PS can do the same thing but likely in a less intuitive way given the PS UI isn't developed around purely processing HDR photos. The Macphun products work pretty well and if you dont want to mess around with values do have a lot of presets that allow some quick edits.

There's a free trial of Aurora for what its worth. They also have non pro versions that lack a few features but may work for some. The pro versions have Lightroom plugins so theyre design to work alongside other programs.
