Appears to be a recurring deal based on previous OzBargain history.

The fine print provided by Groupon is somewhat confusing, as the top of the document states, in no uncertain terms, that the voucher (the code) must be used by January 31st 2017, however in the body of the text it says February 7th. There is also a confusing reference to travel commencing from November 27th 2016, though I suspect that is related to the previous promotion, which ended on the same date.

Their prices seem reasonable, I have used them before, and 20% off makes it even more competitive. As it's a voucher provided by Groupon, unfortunately you can't stack the current 13% off promotion.

      I've insured my family with them on every trip to Europe for the last 4 years but fortunately never had to make a claim.

      Prices are good, service is good and they handle pre-existing conditions well - usually at no extra charge if the conditions haven't ever prevented the person from travelling.

      I think the actual insurance company behind them is one of the big multinational ones.

      You can always find a coupon code online for at least 10% off too.

    I decided that I wouldn't risk using this deal the other week because obviously it's your voucher and I am not entitled to use your voucher, regardless of the fact it's a generic coupon code to enter.

    However, I now saw that you can actually get your own legit voucher through Groupon. Why on earth didn't you link to it directly or mention it in your post?

      Also, as you point out, it'/s a generic coupon code, therefore easier for both non/users of Groupon alike from having to sign up or in.

    Thanks, got a good price with 20% + 6.15% cashrewards. I went without the natural disaster extra cover as the only booking I have is for flights and I believe AirAsia have decent rescheduling as per their terms and conditions.
