This deal is back for 2017 and the T&Cs show that it will run until January 31 2018. Good chance to update your work shirts for 2017!

Same deal as previously, with most business shirts and polos available for the 3 for $99 deal.
T&Cs state max of 5 shirts per household but I just successfully put through an order for 6 with free shipping totalling $198.

You'll not be able to combine this deal with, say, the free polos on orders $75+ (it'll cancel out the 3 for $99 deal and charge you full price.. with a free polo), but this deal will save you more in most cases anyway, with free shipping.

Exact T&Cs:
The shirts for $39.95 offer applies to Charles Tyrwhitt’s business, casual, womens and polo shirts. Offer is limited to 5 shirts per household. The free delivery offer applies to one single order and applies to standard delivery to an Australian address only. Items worth $99 must be placed in the shopping bag for free delivery to apply. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, vouchers or cashback unless specified. Offer ends 31st January 2018. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend this offer at any time, without prior notice.

  • do you get the free polo too? POLOS2
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/287562

edit, sorry I finally read the post correctly, no free polo.

  • so, no cashback will be tracked! CT is snicky but hopefully keeps its deal, unlike TM LeLose… 'nough said

    • This code is currently NOT supported by CashRewards - it doesn't appear on their page - so don't be surprised if it doesn't track (they have a nasty habit of revoking rewards when they get close to due).

Just wanted to vouch for the quality of these shirts.

    • +1

Yes they are good. Pants too. My problem is my wardrobe is becoming a monolabel. All CT. We need diversity people!

  • Good deal but shirts dont fit me. But skinnier on shoulders compared to tm lewin (if yoh receive jt)

    • Yep I notice that as well with these shirts however I do like how there is more 'space' around the belly section lol

  • What's the equivalent of Tm's fitted shirts? Not sure if i should be going for the slim or extea slim.Thanks.

    • +8

It should be a rule on this website that, whenever a deal from CT or TM Lewin is posted, the OP must include a link to this comparison page.

Can anyone comment on the length compared to the TM Lewin? I appreciate that the TM Lewin shirts have plenty of length to stay tucked in. With my van heusen shirts I spend the day re tucking.

    • Lengths are about the same with TM Lewin. I never had issues with my CT shirts untucking themselves.

    • Length are a bit more than TM's and I like the idea of having an extra button. I works very well for me (I am 184cm) much better than TMs

  • Generally found the classic style to be long and roomy

  • +1

Great quality shirts and 3 for $99 is excellent value. If you look after these (was in delicates bag, button up before wash, dry in shade etc) they'll last years. +1

    • +2

I do neither of those and all my CT shirts have still lasted a very long time ;)

✔ User name checks out ;)

    Thanks OP

I've been buying CT shirts for 5 yrs now. Only complaint is some shirts discolor in the front collar like dire which can't be washed off rendering my shirt useless :( Or maybe I just sweat too much~~

  • +2

These shirts are fantastic value for $33 each shirt. If you select the correct sizing these shirts feel as good as bespoke/custom tailored shirts.

  • is super slim from TM.L same as extra slim from CT?

I got a 15, super slim from TM, beautiful fitting.

So i assume i should get 38 extra fitted from CT?

I just have never bought from CT so curious, cheers.

I find the CT extra slim to be slightly more roomy than the TML super fitted, particularly around the waist.

But the CT returns process is painless, fast and free so it won't hurt to give it a try - especially at this price.

      • The first time I bought from CT I ordered two different cuts and exchanged the one that didn't fit quite as well. Just make sure you keep the box that they arrive in so that you can use it to return your unwanted shirt.

        • yeap will keep the box! hope my mum just doesn't decide to chuck it away despite me telling her otherwise. cheers man

      • cheers ok that puts me at easy just ordered 6. My main concern is really that they may be too tight, but this seems like they should be perfectly fine.

        • +2

My suggestion would be to order 3-4 of different sizes, return the ones which do not fit and order more of the size that does.

  • Thanks OP. Bought a new set of work clothes. Let's see how well they fit.

  • Love CT Shirts. Grabbed a few more for the new year! Cheers!

  • Bought three, thanks.

  • Any other alternatives except TM? My neck is oversized compared to my stomach so I need a 48cm slim fit but CT don't make them. The last ones I ordered from TM fit perfectly but I'm concerned by the amount of people having orders never turn up from TM…

    • I thought the issue with TM was people stacking multiple discounts on. I got delivery notification on my order for the $32 shirt with free delivery so we'll see how that goes.

  • For those who own the CT non-iron shirts, what do you find is the best wash setting to actually not require to iron them?

    • +3

Front loader, cold wash, lowest spin speed possible, no softener but the secret is to dry indoors.

  • Good time as TM Lewin just quietly cancelled my order.

I wanted to buy a pair of pants too but the measurement guide on CTshirts.com makes no sense, or I am just super dumb.

  • Do these fit well if you are on the larger side? Need new business shirts but am worried these will be too small. I generally fit a 3xl at Target, Myer etc.

    • These are quite large fitted. I got the slim fit and they aren't that slim.

      • Yep they are certainly a very relaxed fit.

        • +5

          In CT's world:

Regular fit: obese or body builder fit.
          Slim fit: average fit
          Extra slim fit: slim fit.

They should run these sales at the start of January BEFORE people start back at work.

For those in Melbourne, how many business days does delivery normally take for you?

    • Why am I being downvoted?

      • Mwahahahahaaa!

        • Aren't you supposed to say, 'woohoohoo'?

  • +1

just wondering, where can we find the tracking number? just got the confirmation that my items has been despatched but I couldn't find the tracking number

    • Hey, I made an order late last week and received a despatch email. Has your ordered arrived yet? And did you end up getting tracking? :)

  • What's their sizing like?

Im quite broad, aka well built. Wide shoulders, smaller waist. I like my shirts fitted, but it's always dangerous buying online!

Any of their styles fitted to say a NRL/well built AFL player? Lol

    Thanks!

    • It's easy to return anyway. I ordered the extra slim fit and they're perfect. I'm 170cm and 75kgs, so not exactly super slim. Just right for my height.

  • +1

i ordered extra slim fit but had to return it as it was too tight for me. it was fine if i was just standing but if i move my arms to the back to stretch, it was not comfortable. I will get the slim fit next time. 180cm and 75kg

    • Thanks, I'm 183cms and 93kg. I will try the slim and see how I go. Trail & Error I spose lol.

      • Yes, the return process is very easy, so feel free to try. Some people might prefer the tightness of the extra slim fit so your mileage might vary.

  • I just placed an order today, this will be my second purchase. I love the ease of the non iron shirts and chinos.

I'm not a slim guy and I wear slim fit, 178cm and about 95kg, so anyone who is slim should get extra slim imho.

  • Ordered 3 shirts, just arrived today. Tried one on and I must say I am not impressed. They base the length and width of shirt on the collar size. I have a size 41 neck so its way too baggy and long for me. This is one place that TM Lewin wins in, they offer a virtual fitting room to give you an idea of what the shirt might look like on you. Being around 170 cm and weighing 72kg it means for the extra slim fit shirt to fit me, I will have to get a neck 38 which is ridiculous.
