They made the email look like it was an exclusive code, but yours matches mine, happy days for everyone. I can send a copy of the coupon to anyone who wants to use it instore.

  • what is the sound quality like for these?

this deal on AKG's is better than anything massdrop (massflop) could provide.

  • Very good price. Thanks OP

  • wanted to buy a akg k701, but can't find a deal. :(

  • ughh that style of padding always turns me off.

  • Got intrigued by the stated discount and AKG name, so did a quick due diligence. I found this review helpful

Also a quick google reveals that AUD46 is a fair price (rather than a bargain). But we live in Ausland, where retail ripoff is the name of the game, so on balance $46 for walk-in instore price is a decent deal, so thumbs up to the OP.

Has anyone used these with a digital piano?

  • sorry for dumb question, but no mic ??

    • nope

  • Hi OP, thanks for the offer. I went in to JB Hi-Fi with a printed voucher. They tried scanning it or putting in the code. Nothing came up. Wasn't able to get the discount. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

    • Can confirm that the coupon works at the Melbourne Bourke St store. However I returned it as ir was defective. Was trying to exchange it but the replacement was also defective.

      • Thanks. I will try another store then.cheers

  • According to staff, they are not available in most NSW stores close to Sydney city except for Hurstville. I ended just buying it online
