Quality Bosch Blue legit pro grade tool 850watts, 3.2 joules of impact and anti vibration. Can core drill up to 28mm in concrete. Ample power for anything but large demolitions. If you need more power then there are other Bosch drills with the same bonuses at the above link.   Decent price if you need the drill but bonus is much to get excited over.
