      i bought a two from amazon a few years ago and they are so much cheaper than in australia. however, i noticed amazon stopped shipping them to australia a while back. i'm not sure what the case is at the moment.

      Make sure that Sigma (Amcal Online) is a registered provider with your Health Insurance provider.

      I made that mistake last time, buying from Amcal eBay, only to find that they are not a "recognised provider" for Bupa, which meant that my claim was denied.

      Bupa needed a provider registration number and when I called Amcal's office, they said they didn't have one because Amcal Online was only an online provider for retail goods.

    If you have a Costco membership ($60/pa), I'm pretty sure these are $89 at the moment.

      Different model 7270 iirc, to without some of the fancy features but if you just need it to read blood pressure then it does that just fine. We got one last week, from Costco as you say :-)

    It's worth checking overseas sellers on ebay etc., I picked up BP monitor delivered from UK for <$40. The same/equivalent model sold here for about $70.
