    Just wondering how it works for someone if they get up a few times in the night to use the loo etc? I've always wanted to use one of these apps but my sleep is soooo broken i worry ur might not apply?

    I must have the Ad version - every 30 mins while sleeping, I get a jingle from Harvey Norman saying "How's your sleep this evening ? Need a new mattress ?" Go Harvey Norman, go.
