Hi rep, I have a SmartThings hub that I purchased from the US. Will the AEON sensors work that? I read somewhere that the frequency used by ST Hub US might not be the same as the frequency used by ZWave products sold in Oz. Is that true?
Hi There, that is true. Unfortunately your Smart Things uses a different frequency to Australian zwave devices. Australia's frequency is 921.42mhz and the US is 908mhz

Smart things in not available in Australia so unfortunately there isn't a version of it you can buy that will support Australian ZWave devices. The best chance at getting AU devices to work with the Smart Things would be to add an Aeon Labs ZWave stick to your Smart Things so that you could then 'talk' in the correct frequency. This is not very well documented based on a quick google search and we couldn't be sure that it would work
