This a joke? $118 for any 3.5" GPS, let alone a used one!
I tried TomTom, and its nothing special. Maybe the new ones are better. Anyone know if the downloaded maps corrections really work,
or does it have the same errors and outdated maps as all the other GPS units?

  dunno about the refurb unit, but can comment on the tomtom map corrections. in my experience they have been pretty good, but as it also relies on users reporting errors, its only as good as how many people bother to do this.

i bought a refurbished gps from cotd a while ago. Battery was so bad (less than 30 mins fully charged). Definitely will steer clear of anything refurbished with a battery from cotd.

HN are selling $135….. OW with 5% match price would be even cheaper……and you can refund the unit if you change your mine. Isn't it a better deal?
