 - If they used them on MKR or MC, they'd sell thousands! - only if they were selling for $25 a pair.

 - Fibreglass (no rust problem!) garden hand tools - No rust problem whatsoever, since you will throw them in the rubbish bin the first time you attempt to use them - Garden tools are made out of metal because they need to be strong. Rust is hardly a consideration - and most people buy Stainless Steel for hand tools anyway. - so what are the fibreglass used for? - Weight saving. Less fatigue.

 - nuthin wrong with fibreglass garden tools like these. used mine (different brand) regularly for over 2 years with no sign of problems.
maybe if you left them in the sun all the time they might degrade ?
and trying to break rocks with them would obviously be a stupid move
but store em in the shed, use them the way they are supposed to be used and they seem to last pretty good. - I agree. These worked perfectly well for me and are strong enough for the intended purpose. They are hand tools for cultivating soil in a garden bed, etc. If used for other purposes then the old adage about blaming tools applies ;-)
Keep in mind folks they only cost $1 too!
