    Called yesterday to see what's happening with my order and they said they sent me an email to say the have increased the shipping costs by $9 on top of $15 to send to QLD
    They said they could at their discretion just charge more as it's their policy and website prices for products and postage are not final until billing.
    ACCC have been informed

    Chefs Hat has now resolved the issue and honored the price.
    I've advised to make it clear on their website the policy to change prices after the fact
