    still dont understand why they couldnt have hot and spicy all year round in VIC at least. I know I would eat more kfc if they had that.

        Streetwise Feast is standard in VIC without a voucher. Can be made better value too, by swapping out the two chips for other sides like coleslaw or potato & gravy or large drink bottle.

    I bought the Tuesday Special from the local KFC two weeks ago and it was crap, burnt to a treacle colour, greasy and the portions were pigeon size. I did the survey on the docket, gave them a serve and hey, what do you know, the Customer Service Dept contacted me, apologized and gave me a coupon for a fresh 9 Piece Pack and two large chips. Enough to restore your faith in the junk food industry .. :-) .. !!

      you're lucky, i have had more & more bad experiences at the Box Hill VIC store so usually go to the Doncaster one instead now. The first time i complained about 2 years ago i also got sent a voucher. But since then they don't seem to give a shit. I must admit their customer service has improved, they used to get orders wrong about 1 in 3 times. But the main issues now is burnt tasting chicken, i think when they get busy they cook it quickly & have to put pieces in the oven to dry out the oil so the coating stays on. Then they leave it there too long.

      In my experience, the other stores accept them (i.e. Heidelberg accept the Doncaster ones) - assuming this is competition between franchisees.

    has anyone noticed the flavour of the original tenders has changed? i got this offer on the weekend from Doncaster store & it had crap loads of pepper in it. To be honest i haven't had them for ages so i can't remember if they were like that before, or maybe the store made a mistake & put too much pepper in?

    also, when i got mine at Doncaster i told him at the speaker i had a photo of voucher on my phone but he said he couldn't accept it, i had to go thru the Shop a Docket website & press the 'redeem' button which generates a code. I've never been told this with Kfc shop a docket vouchers so i don't know if its a new thing or just this store insisting on it?
