I like them, have become a favourite family treat.
Note you have to shallow fry them to get the correct texture. Not sure if they are even suitable for oven fry.
Taste good IMHO. Pan frying is best.

The prawn gyoza are actually quite good. I'm curious to know if the vegetable ones are any good?
The pastry is thicker on the vegetable ones and there is much less flavour than the prawn variant. Alone; the vegetable ones are not bad. Eating the prawn and vegetable ones side-by-side, the prawn is much better.

Their really average, too much dough and bland fillings. They also fall apart and split when cooking. The crazy dragon ones are ten times better
