What a power supply! Terrific efficiency between 82% and 86.5%, voltages within 3% from their nominal values (while ATX spec allows them to be up to 5% from their nominal values, i.e. voltages are closer to their nominal values than needed) and practically non-existent ripple and noise.

I've got the exact same build. I am waiting for RAM and Graphic Card from PricesEngine (either a eVGA GTX 460 SuperClocked 1GB or Gigabyte ATI HD5850 will be nice). Fingers crossed.
Case: Fractal Design Defined R2 is my lady.
Cooling: Noctua something.
Extra fan: I might go with Nexus Real Silent (5x)

You don't need a 750 watt PSU just to power a GTX 460. A 500/550 watt will do..
or unless you want SLi that's a different story.
