    I tried to redeem this today and the store refused because it didn't show up on my card. I called head office as they said they would get their digital team to fix it.

    Has anyone actually redeemed this offer?

      I've had it on my reward for a few days and it disappeared when I checked on the phone yesterday before going to lunch. Still gone.
