I signed new plan 4 days ago. The code doesn't seem to work on existing account.
Was loyal customer of Amaysim and kept getting ignored becos somehow "new" customers were more important than loyal ones…So I voted with my foot and went off to Kogan for 12 mths…enjoying Kogan so far, despite it being on Vodafone.
I had the same issue. I was a Amaysim loyal customer for >2 years. But had to switch it over to Optus as Amaysim gradually increased the monthly cost while giving good offers to new customers. Samething happening with DODO internet too.
Virgin customer service team have no idea of code. It must be for Uni students joining as new account. It was a good promotion.
It may be because it wasn't with Virgin.
Sorry, it was Amaysim customer service not Virgin. may be I was looking at Virgin mobile deal at the same time.
