As most of these cheap prices are eventually booked through BYOJET, don't forget to use this coupon to grab an extra $30 off:

  • Moulin Rouge, one of the most overrated paris experiences.

    • Don't entirely disagree.

      My favourites are:
      - Sainte Chapelle
      - Musée de Cluny | musée national du Moyen Âge Paris
      - Eiffel tower at Dusk
      - Top of Notre Dame at Dusk
      - Top of Arc De Triomphe
      - Louvre
      - Musee d'Orsay

      and the food.

      • We found going the Eiffel Tower just before it closed at night was much easier in terms of lines and was a great expereince.

Paris is a great city to just walk around and see where it takes you. Last time we found a great little apartment to rent in the Marais area about 10 mins walk from Notre Dame. Miles cheaper than a hotel and a much more authentic experience.

And if you stay for a week you can get an unlimited transport pass called Navigo. So cheap compared to the visite pass or the carnets. Includes trains to Versailles and airport.

        • @unloadmymind: Will look into that.

    • If you want to avoid tourists and go to local favourites:

      Marché des Enfants Rouges
Coulée verte René-Dumont aka Promenade plantée
      Canal Saint-Martin

    • The area around there is a bit of a dump.

  • OP, we are thinking about going to Paris in September/October timeframe, do you have any deals for then? Thanks.

  • need to arrive in helsinki around 21/6 and return at the beginning of jul. cant find any promotion for going to any of the major european cities in that period of time.

  • How much is propaganda about the Migrant crisis? I'm legit scared to go back to Europe.

      80% propaganda.
I've been to Lampedusa (Italy, southern island where most migrants land) during the major migration flow and everything was wonderful.

Do not be scared and enjoy.

    • you got neg'd, you RACIST /s

  • If I want to go to London from Sydney, would it be a better deal to land in Paris and take the train?

  • Avoid departing London by plane

  • +1

People should learn how to book Open Jaw trips - aka multicity trips - instead of return.

    Eg
    Sydney-London
    Then
    Paris-Sydney

With a train trip in between

The cost can be cheaper than Sydney-London-Sydney because London charges a relatively huge Departure Tax.

    • Any tips on learning?

      • +1

        Just try some dummy bookings.

        Click multi-city.

        It's actually a no brainier.
