  • Cheap TN panels used in these. Only VGA + DVI inputs, no DisplayPort, or HDMI.

Dell learnt their lesson and released the updated model P2414H with an IPS panel and DP input.

    • Not true, these use DisplayPorts this isn't the P2414H, it is the P2414HB which is the IPS version. The P2414H is linked as there is no specific Dell page for the P2414HB

      • Look at the product you've liked to in your OP?

        http://www.dell.com/ed/business/p/dell-p2412h/pd

        P2412H

So exactly what is it you're offering here? A P2412H, or a P2414H (title says this, but everything else on the page mentioned the P2412)? There's a world of difference between the two.

Looks like wrong link was put in, the model on offer is the P2414HB. Link has been fixed now to show correct model :)

        • @pc market:

Cheers for correcting this. Please also change all the P2412H's mentioned in the rest of the post. Perhaps better to copy / paste info from the P2414H model page:

          http://www.dell.com/lt/business/p/dell-p2414h/pd

Could never figure out what the extra 'b' in the model referred to but all that's important is the P2414H.

        • @xuqi: Have fixed it up now, cheers!

  • so much text in the OP. where's the TLDR. you don't need to copy paste the marketing blurb.

+1 We are not a power seller so we cannot link our ebay deal here.

      • You can still post it here for future reference, as long as you have a website or ABN you don't need to be a top rated seller.

You MUST have (1) a Buy It Now price for this item, (2) a seller that is a Top Rated Seller OR has a store domain (enter that in the alternate store field)

So when you post your deal, enter pcmarket.com.au in the alternate store field and it will override the top rated seller warning.

        Thanks

No worries, thanks for that info!

only 2 months warranty?? better off waiting for P2417H's to appear on the Dell outlet for $149/159 refurbished or $167 as new with 1 year warranty. the P2417H has a USB 3.0 hub too.

  • Looks like these are used, only 2 months warranty. Not to be confused with a proper Dell Refurb.

Rep, what does "refurbished" mean here? A euphemism for ex-lease wiped clean?

    • They are cleaned, tested and checked before dispatch. We also provide 2 months warranty on the screen.

  • I'm thinking of purchasing two of these. Rep, is there anyway I could purchase an extended warranty, lets say to a year?

Received mine. Did not find a single cable in box, not even a power cord.

  • Purchased mine (EBay) on the 8th of March, and was informed it had been shipped on the 9th of March. I'm like 300k's south of Sydney. 2 days max! (March 18 now!) NO MONITOR! I requested why the delay and was told, that it would be "Delivered Today!" That was 2 days ago. Initially, contact with seller was instantaneous, though messaged PCMarket yesterday and have not heard a word since. Just saying, asking? Any ideas where my monitor is? He's not answering my EBay messages?? Everything can be solved with communication.

  • Credit where credit is due. Received a peply within 15 mins of the above post. Thanks PCMarket!
