Apparently this is in celebration of being open for one month. Even at their regular prices they're a lot cheaper than Doughnut Time down the road, plus the staff seem really nice.

Sure, but those donuts are rubbish. You are better off just pouring sugar on a slice of bread.
They sure are rubbish! These doughnut shops are way better, sure you have to pay a premium but the quality and taste is up there!
Saying that I just tried a doughnut from here since they are $2 and I wouldn't pay more for them. Doughnut time is expensive but better, more fresh. There's even another place called Donut lab which is across the road and their doughnuts are good. I wouldn't rate this place but for $2 today it's probably just about worth it.
Relative to other stores in the area, yes - Doughnut Time charges $6.70 and another shop nearby charges $6.

There is/was a pop-up donut shop at Melb Central. Awesome donuts, 1000 times better than Doughnut Time etc… 3 donuts for $10… super fresh
Oregano Scrolls?
No, but in the same spot. Oregano Scrolls packed up and a new shop is there now. I think since it's only a temporary position, a new bakery is there every few months.
Those scrolls were pretty delish too, lol.
