    Stay away these guys are worse than Gearbest, haven't received two of my orders. They offered 50% refund because I didn't purchase shipping insurance. rawm couldn't help either as he mentioned he can't offer after sales support. In the process of lodging a PayPal claim.

      As someone who got fed up with Gearbest, I appreciate the heads up.
      Some Chinese stores are awesome, some a bust. Ozbargain is a good place to learn which are which.

        Yep, you win some and you lose some. I tried buying a phone from Yoshop and they sent me someone else's shipping order, then after 2 weeks was told that it still wasn't in stock and would take 3 weeks minimum to arrive. I checked out aliexpress and found the same phone for 5 USD more expensive and that arrived in a week.

        Got a refund from yoshop and rawm was actually quite helpful, but I wouldn't buy anything from them again.

          Gearbest was banned at one point on Ozbargain (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/208972#comment-3103589). I wonder if the same thing will happen with this crowd.

          I have exactly the same issue - previous order not received and after being asked to wait for 2 months and email in repeatedly now I am told pay 50% again for the same item if I want it ??

        You will not receive them - when you contact them to ask where they are you will be asked to pay another 50% of the value for them to be sent.

    Friends, while this is the cheapest be weary of yoshops original prices. they say the bag is originally $42 but they can be found on aliexpress.com for $17.50. dodgy practice to seem cheaper than they really are.

      I can confirm the current YoShop price for the Xiaomi Bag is the lowest you'll find online. There is no attempt at misleading prices.
      The next cheapest Xiaomi 14" Bag is 20% more expensive on AliExpress HERE

    How much is the expediting and standard shipping for the bags? (getting slowly tired of all the "free" shipping of other places — want the extra paid postage options - which many places dont see to offer for some weird reason)

    Made 10+ purchases from Yoshop in late December and have not received any of them…as adr8 said above, they offered partial refund or pay a bit more and have them sent again…Currently embroiled in multiple paypal disputes…beware

    Just adding to the list of people saying be wary. Ordered a car charger in January, still not here. I've lodged a dispute, but the numbers here are very very suspicious. Seems they gamble amounts are small enough not to be disputed or forgotten.

        I sent you a PM about my order and you said there is little you can do because you only have a sales based role and the fact I didn't purchase shipping insurance will impact on their willingness to refund and you are sorry for the unsavoury news. You also made no further offer to help with a refund whatsoever and left it at that.

        How about the specific issues listed here, here, here, here and here that you (employed as a sales rep and making money posting on OzBargain) decide to ignore. I'm sure you'd prefer all unresolved issues with your company to only be communicated via PM but I think you're unlikely to get your way here.

        • Official Marketing - you are part of sales & marketing/advertising of the store itself

        Shouldn't you be listing yourself as Employee or Official Marketing?

        my order number is 3APB1701240349554557 and i got email that my order is shipped on 31st jan and its shipped through china post surface mail and the tracking shows it entered with australian customs by 6th feb and after that no update so u mean to say after entering in australia it further takes more than a month for a product to deliver and i have emailed twice at the given email idon website regarding this issue no update or reply and than u have no other chice to feel than that u have been cheated by a chinese website. so ppl pls be care full about them,,,,

    I bought the xiaomi USB power strip from this mob on the 11th Feb and it arrived last week.

    I get stuff from Banggood too and none of the items I purchased in December and early January have arrived but items I ordered in late January have so perhaps there is a postage backlog from that time, who knows.

        For cheap items I always take the cheapest shipping option and no insurance. If it's over around $50 I tend to take insurance but always cheapest shipping.
