Received a mailing list email this morning from YOSHOP and part of it http://imgur.com/a/uznbe included a deal for the NiteCore 45LM that grabbed my attention.

      I am interested in the Tip too, but watch out, you want the V2 of the Tip. V1 has problem with the lock button drain the battery. Cannot confirm are they V1 or V2.

        the thing with Nitecore TIP v1 or v2, is that Nitecore still left the USB charging-port uncovered, so it's still not fully 'water proof' and just water resistant.

        i'm just being picky, as i want to buy the Nitecore TIP after my excellent experience with the Nitecore 45-Lumen torch on my key-ring for the past year :thumb up:

      A lot brighter (compared with my One M9 anyway), waterproof, small enough to fit on a keychain, adjustable brightness (fine tuning with quite a few levels).

    I brought one and have on my keys. Used on number of times at night. Pretty bright. Not sure If I got version 1 or 2 but dont seem have that problem
