Snorkel & Dive Safari Sydney City Closing down Sale. Rashies for $10, Nepturne Snorkel Sets for $50, Lafuma Hiking Boots $45

100

Came across this store closing down and bought a pair of Lafuma hiking boots for $45 (not sure what the rrp was), and a plain rashie for $10.

Looks like they still had quite alot of snorkel and dive gear for sale, and wetsuits aswell for anyone who is an avid snorkeler.
Personally I'm not much of a snorkeler, so not too sure if these are bargains, but check out their facebook website cos they list some of the prices there and comment below what you think!

Shoe wise, it looked like they only had small sizes left for mens and large sizes for womens. Prices ranged from $20-$100.

1b/456 Kent Street Sydney, NSW 2000

Happy shopping!!
They officially close 20/03/2017

  • Is it probably in-store only? Their online website still shows the RRP.

It states the Sydney City Store. They have other stores which are not closing

Maybe their online store isn't closing down.

  • Dive shop going down.

  • Their website won't load for me. Which Lafuma boots did you get? Were they all $45?

Hi PJC, umm the boots didn't come with a box so I'm unsure what style it is but it has fix ice soles.
The boots without their own box were $45, the others on the table ranged from $20 (flats and sandals) to $100(lafuma).
      Hope that helps!!

      • Appreciated.

This store has been "closing down" for quite a while. At the very least since October 2016. Prices I found there were expensive when compared to ebay and also some brands you can find at anaconda. I'd say best check the prices online before buying unless they've really changed their prices since I last went.

This place is the undead. Has been closing down for years.

    • Could be the shop name "Snorkel & Dive Safari Closing Down ! Everything Must Go !! Pty"

Yes it has been closing down for years. I bought from them about 3 years ago. They had a closing down sale. Maybe this time is for real.

Lol. I used to work nearby and this shop has always had a "closing" down sale. Scam.

This is definitely closing down this time (spoke with the shopkeepers there). The last "closing down" sale late last year was in anticipation of a new tenant moving in; but it seems they ran into trouble and never ended up moving in. So the dive shop has had to stay open till the end of the lease (March 20), which is when they will truly close down.
