Price is good, but I can never understand people wanting birds in a cramped cage. A bird feeder in your yard or the occasional toss of seed is kinder. There's a poor cockatoo stuck in a confined cage in a back yard around the corner from me. Been there at least several years. Just cruelty, or it is in my opinion, anyway.
Whilst I agree with you, and used to think exclusively the same, some years ago we took in a rescue parrot (wing kindly removed by a kitty). As she can't fly and can never be released, we try to give her as good a life as we can. She spends much of her day out of her cage on her stands and 'trees' (inside our home) and various pieces of favorite human furniture, doing as she pleases. But she's also very happy to go back in her cage at night and we're happy knowing she can't get up mischief then. So I think there are circumstances where a cage such as in OP is necessary and not at all cruel. Just my opinion.
