I've had the worst experience at Harvey Norman Liverpool.
The Facebook ad links you to the Fitbit Charge 2 fitness trackers all advertised at $217. With this ad, it would lead you to believe that it is $167 after the trade in.
According to the store and online chat, they're different franchises and the ad linking you to the $217 isn't misleading as it states in-store offer only and in-store price is $237. So they completely ignore the link on the ad. The lady at Liverpool even took my phone and clicked on the link herself and was stubborn as.
Why on earth would you trade one in for <$15 discount when you can buy it from officeworks for $199 or better yet, price beat it with Big W.
Second issue with Harvey Norman in two months.
Never shopping with these franchise flogs again.
TLDR: they will not give it for $167 as in-store price is $237.

Anyone asked at a store? What condition are they accepting them and do they require any accessories?
