  • Will Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 Tiny Desktop PC be a good backup server or Plex server?

    • Gone now anyway.

  • Damm it missed it again

11.6" screen is tiny for a laptop. Don't use this if you have poor eye sight.

  • Is the lenovo think pad 11e upgradable to 8gbs of ram?

  • Well spotted RogueWolf.
If i'd had enough money in my PayPal (long story) i'd have made it…

    • thanks, sorry you missed it

  • x260 is a bloody good spec for the price! missed it… :(

    • Personally I wouldn't go for anything with 1366×768 screen.

      • I personally think it's ok on a 12.5" screen. Plus I would be using it with 2 external monitors so the inferior laptop screen is neglectable.

      • Its a crap screen but paying just over 500 AUD for max out specs x260 is quite worth I reckon. I originally planned on getting the x260 with 1080p but it was approx 1000 with student pricing and TRS. Glad this deal came along.

Great post OP. The 11e would not have been for me though as it weighs 1.5kg :S

Hoping for the Dell Inspiron 3000 deal to come back (fingers crossed).

I'd bet good money it will.

Yeah, thanks, that didn't take long.
I already got one - will pull it out of deep freeze when i've got time to impose a clean install.

  • Has anyone much experience with the Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 Tiny Desktop PC or similar?

It looks like something i could use, and i want to be ready when/if there's a next time…

  • hoping for a 14-15" bargain with FHD screen

  • OH WHAT, MISSED IT…..NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • Just what I wanted, lol :/
