    Hi @try2bhelpful, we have a factory outlet store that sells seconds and discontinued stock which is a different range to our online store. The store is open every friday from 9am - 4pm AEDT.

      It's a bit strange they don't appear at all. Normally stores would just mark them as out of stock.

        We don't advertise that a product is simply out of stock because we don't always get more stock for that individual product. I have however just come out of a meeting and been able to get some stock a Latex support pillow. This is now available online however there is only limited stock left.

  Are you able to provide any additional on the cooling memory foam pillow? I tend to be a hot sleeper so I'm always on the lookout for something to help keep me cooler.

      At only $36 I may have to arrange to get one, as I know another bedding store, that sell a pillow that I current use that has a gel topping is far more expensive than this one.
