Friends, i recommended a 1700 and over clocking it but since the price is only $2 difference it's good for the assurance of a better chip.

I have a 1700 and a cheap B350 motherboard. Overclocked to 3.8ghz stable without increasing the voltage.
The 1700 also includes a quiet and decent stock cooler. Much better value in my opinion.
