  Agreed, its a pity there is very limited Modem / Routers that support VDSL and VOIP in the same modem.

    From memory there is also a bullion modem router router around this price probably not as fast AC wifi speeds though.
    
    They tend go be extremely overpriced if they support VDSL.

I've had this modem router for about a year and it works well.

I'm no gamer or streamer just someone who surfs the net and does heaps of email. So for my needs it has served me well.

I've also that found that it copes well with numerous devices (a couple of iPads, notebooks etc) accessing the net at the same time.
