  • Store in title please. And this seems very close to RRP.

      Not for RGB LUX version

Cheaper if you want the non-RGG/LUX

      • Sorry, missed that.

    • OP is for the RGB version

      edit: beaten

even LUX is different. the old RGB version is not very good. as LEDs dies out after few month of use.

        LUX version last forever.

  • Keyboard deals always excite me, but this post got my hopes up a bit. Cheapest right now according to staticice is $169.

    • Yep I went to purchase that one and they wanted to charge me an addiitonal 3% paypal fees + shipping.

      • Good price if you can pick up

        • Yep definitely cheaper if can pick up although still depends on the store… I contacted a few who still wanted to charge me 3% if I paid with credit card/paypal instore! :(

          (I'm in Melbourne)

  • You can get it from Umart if you have saved the AMEX multiple retailer offer. Could come down to $155 if they let you split the payment.

I was gonna jump on that except I'm waiting for a TKL RGB floating keys version which I doubt will happen.

  • i wish these still came in Blue switches….

    • Definitely a hard find for RGB + blue

      • more like impossible.

        • Can you just drop another $25 for a K95 with blue switches, or do you not want the macros?
I love my K95 to death.

I can personally recommend the IKBC F108, available in Cherry brown and blue, RGB with onboard control (Good and Bad)
Only $139 + Shipping, highly rated by the mechanicalkeyboard reddit community and has a standard key set

      • +1 for that.

Easily one of the best value keyboards for what you get.
I have the F87, and it's absolutely amazing.

I was looking at one of these, but the 1ee7 g4m3r font/branding is pretty obnoxious, and the non-standard bottom row limit the aftermarket cap options. Also, from all accounts, the software is absolutely horrendous and may just stop working at any point in time.

Spend the extra twenty five bucks on a Ducky Shine 6.

    • Alternatively save some money and get the iKBC F87/F108 :)

  • I really want to get a MechKeyboard, but I can't seem to choose. Needing something mainly for my computer at home, so a bit of gaming, mostly just typing. I have a Microsoft sculpt keyboard for work, because RSI is creeping up on me.

I have been thinking about getting the k70, then saw the RGB, then saw the RGB LUX, but that is getting quite high in cost.

Then there was the question on switches, tossing up between Red and Brown.

Now the iKBC keyboards are looking good we well, just to throw another spanner in the works, and finally, CYBER is finishing tonight, so got to get something soon forever hold my peace.

    HELP!

    • Really depends on what you want..

This keyboard is probably on the high end with a lot unnecessary luxuries particularly around the RGB premium. If you remove RGB, the prices drop quite significantly so it's your call from there.

This keyboard had a lot of hype back in the day and fairly solid which is why I purchased it as an upgrade to my existing keyboard.

      • Thanks for the reply mate. I am looking for something that will last, so relatively high-end is fine with me, but yeah, not too fussed about the RGB, or LEDs in general. Will have them switched off for the most part.

Even looked at the DAS keyboard, but that is pricey as well.

Any suggestions for a good keyboard with cherry switches that doesn't necessarily have LEDs?

Should I be looking at brown or red switches as well, for what I'll be using the keyboard for, 80% normal use, maybe 20% gaming?
