Received an email this morning for the sales - I personally wear this brand for work. Can't fault the quality. Quality is exceptional with a great feel and look. Price is fairly reasonable

      The deal where everyone clicked a link and refreshed the order page to get free shipping.. exploiting the site vulnerabilities.. And later blamed them to not honour..

        It is their site and as a business, they should know how to maintain it. Can't blame the users if the site has bugs. What if the users details are stolen from their database? You won't be happy then.

    Still quite expensive. They've been known to drop to ~$35 and even $26 in Christmas 2016. They didn't honour that deal for a lot of people, though. In my case they never arrived so I got a refund.

    Don't get me wrong, I like TM Lewin shirts and have about 15 of them.

    However with the shirts, can you even pay full retail even if you wanted to?

        I should lodge a complaint to the ACCC about the Rug and Lighting Store for advertising their closing down sale for the last 6 years.

    Ordered last time, the shirt never came. Contacted them and was told the item was "lost in transit". Ok, whatever, I got my money back. End of story.

      they come from the UK store - its $10 i think from memory to get it shipped to the Sydney store or free delivery over $120

      I doubt it. TML seems to have a sale quite often, and if TML isn't on sale, maybe CT will have a sale.

    TM Lewin are definitely a decent work brand, one I wear probably more than others. I would not call them exceptional quality like the OP suggested, definitely an agreeable shirt of decent quality but there are higher quality shirts e.g. Rhodes & Beckett.

    TM are consistently on sale & I do not believe I have ever paid $40+ for one of their shirts. This is not a deal & especially not a bargain when you can get them for $30-$35 each.

    Nothing to see here…

      Those prices were just luck, and taking advantage of their sites bug. I doubt we will see them for less than 40

        I would happily take your money on a wager. I would expect >3 months less than $40 but definitely within the next 6 months.

      I like Rhodes & Beckett shirts, unfortunately they don't come in different collar and sleeve lengths like TM Lewin do.

      Also unfortunate that Rhodes & Beckett are under administration and may close down.

    I must be one of the lucky ones, I bought a few shirts during the 'bug' situation. they arrived with a letter from the MD or whatever saying there had been a mistake in the pricing but that they would honour the deal. I am wearing one at work right now. As a genetic freak with a wide neck and short arms (but deep pockets) I have trouble finding the right sizes in the usual Van Heusen brands at Myers etc. With CT and TML I can get a custom fit easily. I just swing back and forth between CT and TML depending on who has a sale going.

        Short arms and deep pockets is a saying to identify somebody as a tigh@rse!! my wife uses it all the time, i think it is meant to say that you can never reach your money when it comes time to pay for something! ;)
