    It might be a good idea to look at the app that it wants you to install to use the wearable. Some chinese companies don't invest a lot into the app design and quite often they're buggy, inaccurate, has major sync issues, and never see any patches or bugfixes past version 1.0.

    Even the Xiaomi miFit official app only gets a rating of 3.3 on Google Play

      It would be an even better idea to realise that you cannot monitor sleep using a smartwatch. Doesn't matter who makes it.

        I disagree. I have a MiBand 1s (cost me ~$15) and it monitors my sleep as accurately as my Resmed CPAP machine (worth $2500). Even my sleep specialist was amazed at the accuracy.

    Don't buy the Teclast H30. It's awful. I bought one from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/291269

    Spend a little bit more on the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 it is much better.

        These reviews HERE and HERE are actually positive towards the H30 and while not as renowned as the Mi Band 2, it's definitely a viable alternative.

        The app is really bad. I still can't get some features to work properly. The battery life only last a few days compared with a few weeks of the Xiaomi. The heart rate monitor doesn't work at all. I had it sitting on a wooden table and it would show a fake heart rate.

    That video makes H30 look like shit. I have mi band 2 and it scrolls hell of a lot faster and without having to press down so hard.
